| 応募条件 | ■必要スキル ■求める経験 ・タンパク質工学・抗体工学研究ならびにその理化学的分析の経験を5年以上有する。実務経験の場はアカデミアor企業は問わない。 ・タンパク質の安定性や相互作用の理解深耕のために新規分析法の立ち上げや分析手法の改良を実行し成果に繋げた。 ■求めるスキル・知識・能力 ・タンパク質科学、生物物理学の知識を持ち、各種測定装置の分析原理に精通している。 ・課題を特定しその解決にむけた研究計画を自らの知識や文献等の調査から立案することができる ■求める行動特性： ・与えられた課題の難易度に依らず常に高い当事者意識と責任感を持って業務を遂行し成果を得ることができる ・目の前の課題を俯瞰的に捉えて多様な関係者とインクルーシブに議論を行うことで、自身の貢献範囲を広げている ・新たな分析技術の開発や導入、現状改善のアイディア提案に継続的に取り組み、自身のみではなく組織全体の技術力向上に貢献する ■求める資格： ・医学・薬学・理学・工学系修士卒以上 で、できれば博士号を取得している者 ・TOEIC 700点以上 Desired experience: ・Has more than 5 years of experience in protein engineering and antibody engineering research as well as its physicochemical analysis. No limitation to your experiences; either academia or company. ・Carried out the establishment of a new analytical method and improvement of the analytical method for further understanding of protein stability or protein-protein interaction. Desired skills/knowledge/abilities: ・Knowledge of protein science and biophysics and familiarity with the analytical principles of various analytical devices. ・Able to specify the issues and set up research plans for solving issues by using his/her own knowledge and/or surveying through publications etc. Desired competencies: ・Able to execute the work and achieve a result with strong sense of ownership and responsibility without depending on the difficulty of issues ・Able to expand the scope of contribution by observing the issues from higher perspective and make inclusive discussion with diverse members. ・Able to contribute to increase technical capability of the entire organization by development and/or acquisition of new analytical methods, improvement of workflow, and continuous idea creation Desired Qualifications: ・Those who have a Master's degree in medicine, pharmacy, science, or engineering and preferably have a Ph.D. ・TOEIC >700 |
